Founded in 2016, Xealth began when a team of experienced consumer technology entrepreneurs teamed up with Providence St. Joseph Health to explore how digital technology could solve real-world healthcare challenges.
Spun out as an independent company the following year, Xealth has grown from that health-system incubated idea into a company supporting more than 30 of the nation’s leading health systems. Along the way, we’ve remained focused on a simple belief: Technology creates the most value when it makes care more connected, accessible, and actionable, and its outcomes more measurable.
In 2025, Xealth became a Samsung company, opening a new chapter in that mission. Together, we’re working toward a more connected model of health—one that brings the clinical and consumer worlds closer together and creates new possibilities for continuous, personalized care wherever life happens.
